Getting Started

We believe it is important to start off by introducing the key movements we employ so that you can move safely, confidently and with good form when you come to work out. For this reason we have an introductory course that we call Foundations, designed to teach you everything you need to know to get started.
Give us a call and set up a time to meet a coach and check out our facility.
If you have a background in Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics or generally think you know your way around a gym, drop us an email or give us a ring and we can organise an assessment and get you started, hopefully on the same day.
